SOLE now offers footbeds with a built-in metatarsal pad. This is an added element of forefoot support that sits under the transverse arch, the arch behind the ball of the foot that runs across the width of the foot. It lifts and separates toes, putting them back into their natural resting position, to relieve pressure and pain in the area that can be caused by issues such as Morton's neuroma and metatarsalgia.
