Depending on which category you are applying for this may look like:

• A recent pay stub indicating full-time/year-round employment (please black out all sensitive personal information).
• Website with details of your brand and product offering.
• Independent Sales Reps: provide documentation for the brands that you represent.
• Athletic resume - events, results, sponsorship information, current rating/classification or level.
• Links to media Coverage and other relevant postings
• Active/current certifications
