Great product

My son uses these daily now for his chronic foot pain due to flat foot and over pronation.

Balanced foot support

I have two pairs now. One pair for the shoes I run in and one pair for the shoes I play ball in. These insoles provided immediate ongoing relief for a tight IT band issue caused by inward foot pronation.

Solved my knee pain

I have issues with over pronation. Bought some new tennis shoes and had knee pain from them not having enough support. Put in these footbeds and they instantly fixed the issue!

Excellent footbeds

I ordered the wide active thin size 11. These went in my New Balance fresh foam more v3s size 11 2e. They fit perfect; no triming needed . To me they feel like the arch is a little lower the the wide mediums . Definitely recommend for any one w/ flat feet and pronation issues. I’m 5’8 240 .

Love these footbeds

I have a bunion and pronation. The metpad supports the transverse arch of my foot so my 1st metatarsal is not already bottomed out in push off position in neutral. I think it helps the foot from getting tight in the places that reinforce the bone position that leads to the bunion rubbing and getting larger.

My go to foot support

I love these foot beds and recommend them to my physical therapy patients. I have flat feet, over pronation, and a bunion. The met pad helps support my transverse arch (going across from the big toe to the little toe) and align my big toe.

No more $400 orthotics for me!

I just received my second pair. Also bought the Thin ones. They totally support my arches and stop my foot from pronating. I didn’t need to adjust them at all.

Work great in my boots

I used these in my hiking boots as opposed to the thicker ones as my boots are already quite minimalist and snug - these fit perfect. I'm not a fan of over using arch support, but when hiking you definitely need a bit of support going over rough terrain for many kilometers. These work great to prevent my feet pronating too much and causing any issues at the ankle or knees later on.

Great Support in a Flip Flop

The Baja Flip sandal has been my go-to shoe all summer long! The arch support is TERRIFIC on my flat-ish feet - enough to keep me from pronating, but not so much that it causes me pain. I have very narrow but long feet and generally wear about a 10-1/2 in closed shoes - but the Women’s size 9 in the Baja Flip is perfect. I’ve ordered them in 4 different colors!

Relief!

I'd purchased 'better' shoes to try to alleviate the knee pain from a slight pronation, but it wasn't until I added these that I finally had shoes that fit comfortably. I have purchased several additional pairs.

Life changing inserts

Avid golfer, had significant plantar fascia strain in my left heel due to pronation and high unsupported arches. Since wearing these in my daily shoes I have zero fascial pain. Highly recommend

Just Amazing

For years I've had massive pain in my feet due to fallen arches. Working 10 hour shifts became a nightmare. Honestly I'm not even sure how I came across SOLE insoles..but I thank the Lord above that I did! They are true to size. The Thick has firm padding which I love. And sturdy arch support that does not hurt my arches (flat feet). If you ave pronation problems you really should try these.

Learning to walk again

Three months ago I had spinal surgery (a laminectomy for L-2 to L-5). This was followed by physical therapy to correct foot drop, parasthesia and weakness to both legs. Among numerous defects in my gait, flat feet and pronation was especially problematic. My therapist recommended SOLE inserts. The inserts have dramatically improved my balance and posture.

These are great!

I’ve been using these for a couple years. I’ve always needed shoes with extra support but hadn’t found the right inserts. I had some pretty significant foot and ankle pain a couple years ago and saw a podiatrist who recommended these. These help a lot with my pronation, yay

Solved my foot pain

I’ve been using SOLE footbeds for a few years now for pain related to over-pronation. Recently I began to have pain on the ball of my right foot. After doing some research I discovered that this was likely due to metatarsalgia. I decide to look to SOLE for help and found these Performance footbeds with built-in metatarsal support. I’ve begun using them regularly and my pain has disappeared. I’ll continue to buy the footbeds with Met Pads from now on.

Best inserts EVER!

I started with one pair of these, you know they're pricey so I wanted to make sure...Well, I made sure and I've ordered more because they are great and I need them for each pair of shoes that I have! I am flat footed and pronate, I have spent 10x this much on inserts that don't work or don't last. These are totally worth it, do yourself a favor and get them now!

Great Insole

These Active Mediums are perfect for me. Just the right support and also comfortable. I can get them in my Hoka's with ease and they are not too thick and the arch is not too high. I don't feel that I am on an insole like you usually do with a custom orthotic. They work for me. Worth a try for someone who has slight pronation. Take advantage of SOLE's return policy. You have nothing to lose.

Decreases my foot knee and back pain!

I have been using SOLE supports for years, because they help control my pronation and plantar fasciitis. In turn my knee and back pain are reduced by 80% and 40% respectfully. They keep me active and I can't thank you enough.

I can run!

Every time I'd try to run, I'd end up with terrible knee pain after about 1/4 of a mile that would last for several days. I was trying knee and hip exercises with no relief. I finally looked towards my feet and found an over-pronation. With these insoles, I can run pain free! They also make my everyday shoes more comfortable. Thanks SOLE!

Firm, supportive yet comfortable

I have been a SOLE product user for 10+ years. Recently bought a couple of new pairs. Me and my wife love them. I think they really help with my asymmetrical foot pronation and reduce my neckpain. They are made with quality materials, comfortable to wear and most importantly orthopaedic grade as I prefer good stability and support.

Better than the old plastic soles!

I was a long time user of SOLE inserts for correction of over pronation associated with flat feet. They have made a huge difference for me as far as foot pain and allowed me to walk and jog comfortably for years. I was so excited to discover the they now have a recycled cork product - it's such a great model to have people return their wine corks to stores for re-use. I find that the new ReCORK soles feel springier and more comfortable that the old soles that I relied upon. I have been using them in my Saucony running shoes for 2 months now and they feel great. I wear size 8 1/2 or 39 shoes and found that the size 7/9 insert fit perfectly without trimming. I hope that more companies will follow this model of using recycled materials to create an excellent product.

Highly recommended

Really helped for pronation & knee misalignment. It’s all connected, so great for my low back pain as well. I have wide foot & high arch, the Thin insoles are ideal for most of my shoes & run true to size. I love that the heel is NOT elevated which can be common in other brands. It’s wonderfully comfy & I really appreciate SOLE getting on board with Eco friendly materials.

My preferred sole

Active Thick with met pad enables me to walk 3 to 4 miles 7 days a week. Before using them, I had sore ankles, arches and over pronation. I find the med pad gives extra comfort.

Game changer

I have genetic flat feet. I'm 44, and have lived the "strenuous life." Very active - hiker, power lifter, stone mason, former Marine. Over the last 4 years I've developed pttd, and over the last 5 months it's gotten very painful. As someone who can usually physically do whatever I want, having to avoid simple things like stairs has been very difficult physically and mentally. I have tried lace up ankle wrap braces, custom rigid orthotics that cost 1000.00 dollars, special shoes, and been religious about foot strengthening- they all sort of work, but there's always some pain. I have routinely been told "otc" orthotics aren't effective. Regardless on a whim I bought a pair of SOLE insoles, and after I put them in my gym shoes -INSTANTLY - the pain went away almost completely. I bought a second pair for my Danner hiking/work boots, with the same result. I can't wrap my brain around how there can be such an immediate dramatic change, but running up and down my stairs without a second thought or wincing in pain is absolutely amazing. I haven't worn them long, but they seem durable. I hope they hold up, though for this level of regained mobility, I'd buy a new pair every month if I had to. My hope is, as they are clearly relieving the strain on my tibial tendon and over pronation, over time with continued wear and foot strengthening I can reverse some of the damage done.

Great for golf

I now have three pairs of these thin insoles. I use them in my golf shoes, hiking shoes, and walking shoes. My first pair was a size 8 (my normal shoe size) but then a salesperson at REI suggested I place my foot on larger sizes to get a better fit on the arch placement. Size ten actually fit my higher arch perfectly. So now I buy size ten and trim the toe end to fit into my shoes. This also fits my wider toe box shoes well. I used to buy the “Super” brand, but only buy this brand now. I naturally pronate and have a neuroma and my feet feel great. The material lasts a long time and the thin version fits in most of my shoes.

Fantastic!!!!

The SOLE Thin with metpad has been a game changer for me!! I’m a pronator who experienced back and hip pain when walking. I’ve tried every shoe you can imagine with no sustained relief. The SOLE Thin insert with the metpad has made a HUGE difference in resolving pain issues. I definitely will be ordering more. Thanks SOLE!!!!!!

YES!!!

I’ve been rehabbing low to moderate plantar fasciitis on my slender low arched pronated foot. These insoles along with a dorsiflexion sleeping splint are doing the job. Progress accelerated after adding insoles. Planning to try same brand flips. YAY! Note, I’m a PT, had same condition 20yrs. ago - I know of what I speak.

So wonderful to be able to wear flip flops again

Having problems with my back and with plantar fasciitis, I hike and have five acres to look after. So back and foot pain was really hard to deal with. Years ago I had got my first pair of SOLE footbeds for pronation and they fixed my pronation which in turn ended my knee pain which threatened to end my hiking. I have a lot of faith in the SOLE product,. Now SOLE is first place I look when I have problems. Two days ago I climbed crossover pass almost 2000 meters of gain 20 km with SOLE inserts and my body feels fine today, I wear the flip flops around the property I am constantly gardening, mowing, pruning, etc and I feel great, by the way I am in my 70’s . Thanks to SOLE I don’t have to slow down

Huge improvement

I got these footbeds because I have incredibly flat feet and I get a lot of foot pain on my road bike. These are perfect! They give just the right amount of support and cushion. My knees track straight now instead of pronating. I'm using these in Shimano RC9 shoes and they fit perfectly.

Game changer

These custom heat-molded insoles are by far the best product that I'm aware of for my collapsing arches and uneven pronation. In fact, a shoe expert in North Carolina recommended them when I was attempting to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail in 2016 (but was having a lot of ankle and hip pain and didn't know if I could continue). After I got SOLE insoles, I was able to backpack another 1,500 miles with none of the same pain I'd had. Now, after a few years of wear (and many more miles of use), that pair wore down and I ordered these for everyday urban use, and they're just as amazing. I feel so much relief, all the way up to my neck, when I wear these. It's well worth the few extra dollars for these. I wish more podiatrists and sports retailers knew about just how much of a game changer SOLE heat-molded insoles can be. Thank you SOLE! - Ben (Pittsburgh, PA)

Does the job

I was introduced to SOLE several years ago by a hiking buddy and they fixed the problem with my knee, due to pronation, as I got older I started having other problems, plantar fasciitis so I ordered some other soles online, I am impressed with the speedy delivery, and the reward systems. I have now been using the product for at least 12 years, my latest pair are for my back problem....as the other problems are history now...I swear by the SOLE and am a regular hiker....

Active Thick

Product is very good. Really helped with my foot pronation. I have been wearing them every day for about 6 months. They are made of a pretty robust material so I think they will last for a long time

Great Insoles

I have been using this type of insole for approx. 2 years. After I purchased a pair I compared them to my $500 orthotics. They were almost identical. The instep was the same height and the heel cup was just a little shallower. My feet are pronated really bad. Had ankle fusion 8 months ago and have since bought a few more pairs and have them all my shoes. IMO these are just as good as the expensive ones if not better. I find them very comfortable for my situation. They my not have cured my condition but they have made it very bearable. GREAT INSOLES

10 thousand kms and counting

Stumbled onto the Signature DK responses 8 years ago at the early stages of my appalachian trail thru hike. I had undergone an achilles tendon surgery and was quite nervous about my foot. Tried these on in North Carolina, fell in love with them, and walked the rest of the 4 million plus footsteps to the finish line, 2000 +miles later. I've now hiked well over 10 thousand + kms world wide since and every one of those footsteps have been with the support of SOLE foodbeds. I have size 9 wide feet that pronates on one feet and supinates on other due to my injury. To make it more interesting, one foot is slightly smaller and flatter in arch than the other. These footbeds are so perfect as they custom mold to my feet which changes in width throughout the course of a lengthy thru hike. The Performance Wide and Active Mediums work really well for me. I can't wait to test them out tree planting this summer in a totally different environment and footwear conditions.

Substitute for average custom orthotics

I've been wearing 3/4 custom orthotics for 15 years. Many of us who have them, got them for arch lift/support to address plantar fasciitis or mild to moderate pronation, or general foot soreness and fatigue with activity. There's nothing that special about these $500 custom inserts (unless you have a very specific, hard-to-correct problem) that a thoughtfully designed, non-custom insert cannot help with. SOLES are it. I have Active Med, Thick, and Thin for different shoe types with Met Pad. They work for all my activities - hiking, walking, jogging, or just standing in the kitchen. The quality is excellent, no fraying around the edges, resist odors. Once in my shoes, I forget about them. Met Pad: it's minimal. I can't tell the difference between a SOLE insert I have without it and the ones with it. For a reference point, the German shoe maker Finn Comfort makes cork orthotic inserts for their shoes (standard) with a metatarsal hump that is more substantial and you can feel the difference.

Excellent product

I have high arches and slight pronation. These soles fit beautifully in my running shoes and prevent discomfort and possible injury. I especially love how they can be molded to fit the specific shape of my feet. An excellent product!

Awesome insoles!

Such a great insole! I used to have superfeet insoles and they weren't the best. However, the Lifestyle Medium insoles help with my knee pain (due to pronated ankles/feet). They're also very soft and give my whole foot support, especially the arch. It fits perfectly in all my shoes, and has started to really form around my foot. I'll definitely buy them again.

Sophianne Lalancette

Love them

I was having a lot of knee hip and lower back pain, so I decided to look for "healthy" shoes. They are great! I was worried at first because the sole is quite hard, and there is a weird bump in the middle, but it is very comfortable and did help with my pain. I added a heel wedge for pronation and my pain is gone when I wear these shoes. I cut off the heel part because it made the shoes difficult to put on and take off, and folded down it was quite uncomfortable. I use these as house shoes because of my knee hip back pain so taking off and on easily is important. They stay on well even without the heel part, however I need to wear thick socks otherwise the shoes rub and it hurts. I measured my foot according to size guide and it fits fine, I think even for feet the are a bit wide they should be good

Happy Joints and Happy Feet

I am flat-footed (and pronate), and while I love thongs, they simply don't do the bottom of my feet and rest of my body any good. I usually end up with lower joint problems from my hips down to my ankles when I would wear traditional sandals. The arch support in the Costa Flip allows me to comfortably wear them (and actually walk long distances) without any pain during or after. It is such a nice change. I wear them often on walks that are often a good hour or so -- not just to wander around in! The bed has a nice amount of cushion, and I never experienced any blisters! Not even after my first wear.

Great comfort

I changed from my traditional cork from SOLE to try these. I was not disappointed! I have a wide toe box and very pronated feet. These help me to last standing & walking much longer than with just shoes only.

Great Support for Severe Feet

I have one foot that has severe over-pronation, post surgery these SOLE Mateo slides provide excellent support and comfort. Both feet, appreciate the support and cushion. I was unsure on the slide concept vs a flip, but after having them for a while I have a difficult time remembering what my apprehension was all about.

Great boot !

I needed a pair of nice looking boots to wear with pants as I run through the airport . I have badly pronated feet and have worn SOLE flips for years and knew the SOLE provided the support I needed. These are so comfy , stylish and easy to wear! I have no doubt I will buy another pair !

Cheryl Tuckett

Fantastic Flip !

I have 5 pairs of these flip flops. I even have a pair that I just wear in the house. have badly pronated feet and orthotic sandals were uncomfortable. My Physio suggested these and now it's all I wear. They are comfortable, easy to clean and durable. They look great with sweats or a dress. Love them!

Outstanding product

I have had several of the different SOLE products over about 4 years now, and I find the Active Thick to be an outstanding product. I have severe pronation and these inserts really help stabilize my food and decrease my knee pain, and they wear like iron. I don't have to replace them at a rapid pace, I really do love their product. Rich Hamm

Active Medium for achilles

I have chronic achilles tendonitis. The Active Medium footbeds have given me tremendous relief with my achilles and pronation problems. In the near future I will be buying the thin footbed for narrower shoes. I would highly recommend you try the footbeds. Thanks SOLE...

Helps with pronation

I was experiencing knee pain after walking. After I started using the SOLE footbeds in my runners, I no longer have knee pain.

Recovering with Sole support

My daughter recommended SOLE when I needed to carefully choose a new sandal. She wears her slides constantly because they are THE most comfortable thing she puts on her feet. She runs and these are great for recovery, as well as for general, daily wear. She knew that I was looking for a supportive, adjustable sandal as I neared the end of my recovery from plantar fasciitis. I have flat feet, over-pronate, and wear orthotics so I need more than an ordinary sandal. My usually reliable Birks were too hard on my tender heel. My Finns weren't cutting it with enough support and inserting my orthotics into the Finn base was not cushioned enough. The hot days of summer had arrived and I needed something cool yet supportive to prevent the plantar fasciitis from worsening and disabling me again. This slide is super comfy and has been supportive enough to meet my needs for a sandal. SOLE are great for summer's many water situations too. Soles were the answer for all my sandal needs.

I have a BUNCH of Sole and Love Them All

I started wearing and using SOLE products in 2011. My first purchases were insoles and a pair of Sport Flips, then every year or so I purchase some more insoles. I have also purchased a pair of Exhale shoes that I still wear to this date. I turned my wife on to SOLE a few years back and she wore out a pair of the Cork Flips, she also wears the insoles. So here's the deal. I have extreme over pronation of one foot. SOLE products allowed me to survive 4 years without surgery. I had corrective surgery, terrible, terrible surgery for PTTD. It was brutal. My foot is somewhat better but still painful. SOLE products continue to provide the support that I need to continue living an active life. I would not be without my SOLE footwear or insoles. As I write this I have a pair of Sport Slips from 2013 (that are just about wore out) that I am wearing, and in a bit when I put my hiking boots on my feet will sit on some SOLES. Really, if you want great support and comfort, buy some SOLE products. I am a believer, my wife is a believer, and anyone that asks us gets a strong testimonial from us.

My experience says these are the best

I had been in the running and fitness industry and a runner when I came across SOLE. I've used custom-made orthotics and just about every over the counter brand due to several bouts of plantar fasciitis, until I came across SOLE. Highly rigid orthotics make feet weaker and diminish the runner's ability to use natural mechanics for push off and landing. What I wanted was support but not something akin to plywood underfoot. My running buddies used to call me plywood because I would wear supportive running shoes AND orthotics. CLOMP CLOMP here I come! So I began to experiment with several different brands of orthotics and since I was in the industry it wasn't cost prohibitive. I tried SuperFeet, Powerstep, SofSole, even Dr. Scholls. Despite the claims, they did not seem to mold to my foot and ranged from too soft to too rigid. In addition as a runner I was always talking to experts about biomechanics and stride. Just because of have flexible arches, I thought, doesn't mean I should not be able to find my most efficient stride (I was running up to 65 miles a week). I came across SOLE and with my usual skepticism, tried them. With different thicknesses of their base, the SOLE orthotics immediately offered support and comfort. I didn't feel as if I had a rigid board underfoot but a support that seemed to move with my shoe. I even moved to a neutral shoe (Saucony Ride among others). The SOLE orthotic provided the right amount of resistance to pronation without eliminating it entirely so I was still able to move efficiently. I loved how with use they molded to my foot (You don't have to heat them, they're moldable through use). I have several pairs I use in casual shoes (thin) and in work and hiking boots (thick) and rely on SOLE for support. They are durable; don't tell the company this but I used the thin in my casual/business shoes for three years (way beyond the life expectancy, I know and I've since replaced them). Not only are the products great, I like the company, its mission and their customer service. I like that they were founded in Canada and do business worldwide (including offices/warehouse in the US). If you think this review is a little gushing, my apologies. I have very few companies I truly love and support. Sole is one of the few.

On my 3 pair of DK Response Soles... Happy Feet!

I have raced in over 14 triathlons including a Half Ironman. These Signature DK Response footbeds solved my moderate pronation and arch pain during running (my knees no longer rub together). Amazing product and they truly deliver strong results mile after mile. I own 3 pairs since 2008, they will last several seasons. I still use my first pair in my dancing shoes, very durable. I give this product 5 stars out of Five. Make the best fitness decision and buy these now! Your feet will thank you!

Just the best

I have extremely flat feet and pronation, which causes foot pain, knee pain and especially lower back pain. I found SOLE about 5 years ago and have remained a loyal customer because I DON'T LIVE IN PAIN ANYMORE! I simply will not put shoes on my feet without a pair of these footbeds in them. Everything I own - dressy wingtips, casual boat shoes, sneakers, golf shoes, hiking boots, winter boots - all have a pair of SOLEs in them! I even bought their flip flops, which have been a summer time Godsend.

long distance runner.

I'm a long distance runner and former marathon runner. I came across Sole about 7 years ago While surfing the internet. I pronate really bad always had to wear orthodtics they were about 500.00 i couldnt afford them anymore so i thought i would try Sole. Im so glad i did i got the signature - karnazes and i have been wearing them every since. Thank you so much because Sole really work.

Virginia from Princeton, Mass.

I have plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and severe pronation in both feet. I began walking daily this past January and am walking up to 7 miles per day. this is possible because I am wearing great Brooks Running shoes, Control style, and very importantly...I always have my Sole Softec Ultra footbeds in every pair of shoes I own. They are wonderful. They are the thickest footbed Sole makes. They provide lots of cushioning and control, to keep my heel positioned right where it should be. I love them. I highly recommend them to anyone with similar foot problems. If it wasn't for the combo of great sneakers and great footbeds, I would not be able to walk as much as I am. Thank you Sole for a great product!

Comfort Guaranteed

As a member of the armed forces we are on our feet a lot, both in boots and trainers. I had an issue with the old issued boots and got Altberg peacekeeper aqua's instead. Trying on these new boots they were SO comfortable yet supportive, however when adding these insole's, if i was blindfolded i would have said i had another pair of boots that were so much more comfortable than the Atlbergs. I now even stand (being flat footed) with a better pronation. I cannot recommend these insoles enough. They are the Dogs...

AHHHH

Loved this product. From the moment I stepped into them, I felt instant relief! My plantar fasciitis has made it difficult to find a pair of sandals that are comfortable to walk in. These are great. I would have given it a 5 star rating, however there was rubbing on the top left inner strap where my foot over pronates and rubs against. I hope that will go away soon because I love the way they feel on the bottom of my feet!

Victoria Day

excellent!

I have been using Sole inserts in my walking shoes for the past year with great results for my foot pain due to over-pronation and flat feet. So, I was thrilled to see these sandals. I was concerned that they would not fit my size 10 narrowish foot, but they are perfect for me. I am very happy to find such a well made and comfortable product. Please make lots more styles of shoes and sandals:-)

Mark

Outstanding

The Exhale is a great fit, warm and gives you a slipper and outdoor shoe all in one. Having plantar fasciitis and pronation it is important to have a good custom fit. The Sole people do it with precision.

These are the best sandals I've ever worn

These are the best sandals I've ever worn! I've suffered from plantar fasciitis, heel pain, knee pain and shin pain for the last 10 years and I haven't been able to wear flip flops or even most sandals without a lot of pain after about 15 minutes of wearing them. I'm a runner and I'm forced to wear orthotics in shoes for pronation and the plantar fasciitis to eliminate some of the pain and problems so I had pretty much given up on wearing sandals. I won a pair of the sport flips in promotion through work for selling some of the insoles. When I got them I was skeptical because sandals and flip flops have always hurt my feet and they just end up collecting dust in the closet. Well, I stood for 4 hours on the sport flips at work, and pretty much haven't taken them off in the 3 days that I've had them. They are great! They provide lots of arch support and my feet haven't hurt at all. In fact the plantar fasciitis has bothered me the least in the last few days than it has in months. These are by far the best shoes I've ever worn. I've ordered a pair for my partner off your website and have recommended them to all of my friends and fellow runners. I can't believe what a difference they've made. Keep up the good work! You make a superior product.

FIVE STARS !!!!

Most orthopedists will tell you that they will get rich as the flip-flop craze is ruining young peoples feet and backs; wearing something with zero support 24/7 that were designed for wearing at the beach. I’m so glad my Orthopedist turned me onto Sole flips. For someone with pretty flat, pronated feet, your flips actually support the foot; give you an arch, etc. It’s like a flip that’s an orthotic – but the great part is they look like regular flip-flops – not like ortho-flips! I think Sole could do a little better with the color combos, they seem to either be a big bore, or they are “too out there”. I don’t know a lot of guys who will wear bright green and white, the blacks are just too black. I think you are on the right track with the more recent different grays. Keep up the great work! They are pretty expensive for a totally synthetic shoe. How about some leather straps? Even some leather foot beds would be great too.

Changed my life

I've tried and failed in the past to get into running due to knee, hip and pain caused by my over pronation. Having a pair of these into my various shoes, I'm feeling great, and on my way to running my first triathlon. I had various custom cast orthotics made for me during my teens, but these beet them hands down. A note on the customer service I have recieved: Excelent! They even replaced my first pair after I incinerated them (set oven to Celcius during an attack of stupidity).

Scott Mizufuka

the best...

I've had two pairs of sole sandals and love them. I first saw them in runner's world and wanted to give them a try. They're amazingly comfortable and supportive never losing their shape especially in the midfoot arch area. I have flat pronated feet and they provide great support. I've referred others to buy them and have bought them for bday/xmas gifts. I've heard nothing but positive things about sole sandals!

BETTER THAN PHYSICAL THERAPY?

During a terrible car accident, in which I should have died, my right ankle was crushed. After 2 weeks in a trauma unit, I went home with 5 pins and a plate holding my ankle together, while it healed in a cast. I came out of the cast 2 months later, on my way to an amazing miraculous recovery. My foot survived, but is now pronated to the inside. (at least I have it. Doctors thought I would lose it) I went to a podiatrist during physical therapy and he suggested I try Sole Inserts before resorting to $500 custom orthotics. After wearing these inserts for 2 weeks, I walk without a limp. These are amazing and have given me new hope for a relatively normal life!! Thank you

Jeremy Rhoten

I am extremely pleased with my SOLE Custom Footbeds

I am extremely pleased with my SOLE Custom Footbeds. I have pronated feet and had used custom-made orthotics in the past, but they were expensive and somewhat uncomfortable. I lost them a few years back and couldn't really justify the cost of buying new ones. I was looking online for an inexpensive alternative when I stumbled onto your product. Although I was a bit skeptical, the money-back guarantee gave me the confidence to order. I'm sure glad I did. I think they are more comfortable and just as effective as the $300 orthotics my doctor had made for me. My feet and knees are feeling much better. I have been able to jog almost pain-free for the first time in years. Even long shopping excursions with my wife are less fatiguing. Thanks for creating a great product at a great price. I can even afford to buy a separate set for different pairs of shoes.

Kari

I absolutely love my footbeds

I absolutely love my footbeds. These are the second pair I have purchased and for the first time in my life, my feet don't hurt after running or walking. I've had semi-custom orthodics made by a physical therapist due to my excessive pronation but they never could get them quite right and after 3 tries, I switched to my sole footbeds and have been very happy. I use them in my running shoes and casual shoes. Next I'm going to get a pair for my dress shoes and casual shoes. And I've told pretty much anyone that would listen to me about them and how much I like them. Before I used them , I didn't know that your feet didn't have to hurt!

These insoles are better than sex

I wanted you to know that these insoles are better than sex. In the past year or so my feet have been killing me, my face probably looked like a prune with the pain, due only in part to high arches and insteps and over pronation of the left foot, due to poor fitting and non supporting athletic shoes by inexperienced shop staff. However, I had tried spenco and superfeet, the latter being ok, but not having any metatarsal cushioning. Now to sole orthotics, I bought a pair 3 days ago, and the relief was immediate. I now find myself running up stairs rather than creeping up like a crab to the hip pain; Enough said. "The best and better than sex" should be your slogan. Of course, just for people with foot problems. Thanks.

I've developed a crunchy knee

I've developed a "crunchy" knee and was favoring it, causing altered gait. I saw a physical therapist who strengthened legs and sold me Sole footbeds to counter pronation. Just returned from a 2-week walking tour (~ 62 miles total) in Scandinavia where all moving parts held up great! I had footbeds (unaltered by heat treatment) in both walking shoes and hiking boots. The double socks were great too.
