Footbeds FAQ

If you're not used to having arch support under your feet, it can take a little time to adjust to the new support. This can cause temporary mild discomfort, especially if you have lower arches or flat feet. We suggest wearing your insoles for a few hours a day to begin with to adjust to the sensation of support and to give your footbeds time to mold to your feet. If you experience significant discomfort or pain, heat mold your footbeds may help the footbeds conform more quickly. You can repeat the heat molding process up to five times to fine-tune the fit.

A cushioned footbed is most effective when it also includes proper structural support, which helps reduce strain on the foot.* A pure soft foam insole may feel good at first, but it may not provide the structure needed to help manage load during long periods of standing or activity.
