Foot pain no more
I have purchased 2 SOLE cork foot beds now and I will never buy another brand. Last year when I was experiencing foot pain in my functional fitness shoes I decided to give them a try. I was sold nearly immediately. They confirmed to my foot and soon after all of my pains and aches had disappeared. There was no question in my mind when the insoles of my beloved boots folded up that I replace them with the Thin footbed. Nothing short of amazing. I could stand all day without issue. I only wish I could have these in every pair of shoes I own. On the fence? Don't be. You'll be glad you tried these.

Comfortable Ski Boots
I bought a pair of the SOLE Performance Thin insoles to go in my ski boots. I had a pair of Superfeet insoles, but my feet would be sore/tired after an hour of skiing. I have used these insoles for several days and they are very comfortable and my feet don't feel tired or cramped after a full day in my ski boots.

Outstanding for my feet!
I'm a professional baseball coach and am on my feet and/or standing a LOT. I have developed bad plantar fasciitis and a heel spur over the last 5 years or so and it was almost unbearable to walk in the mornings. Since using SOLE products I wake up in the morning and don't hobble around anymore for the first 5 minutes of my day. I've now been wearing SOLE products for the past 3 years and they have helped me so much. Super comfortable and love the cork footbeds. Outstanding products and I always highly recommend to friends!

narrow but crazy comfortable
i was surprised at how narrow these were in the toe box. even for my Nikes that run on the narrow side my big toe slips off the edge. that being said i will not be taking them out of my Nikes any time soon. they are so comfortable! I feel like my foot is being hugged. I originally bought them for my Altra hiking boots but I'm glad they found a home in my other shoes. I will be ordering them in wide for the boots soon.

Best insert I've ever tried
The inserts are great. They are thin enough to fit in my cycling cleats are lightweight track day shoes. The arch support feels great, moderate, but enough to keep me going. And the customer service is excellent! Will definitely be buying again

Perfection!
I needed something to support my arches and correct my flat foot. These Performance Thins fit perfect into my slippers at home. Like absolutely 100% perfect. I go from the Active Wide Thicks in my steel toed boots all day to these Performance Thins at home. What a dream. Thank you for your very detailed descriptions on what style fits what shoe.

I love these!
I have an issue with my right ankle, I broke it badly when I was a teen and it has been off ever since. All SOLE insoles help me to be more comfortable day to day, and I have them in most of my shoes. The performance ones are my favourite, I love the added cushion the cork has. I like how Nike Air Max look and these are the perfect thickness to fit in them, so I have about 4 pairs now.

Great product for golf
I started to use SOLE foot beds on the recommendation of my doctor for treatment of planter fasciitis. I use the performance thin foot beds in my golf shoes and they work great. Very glad I acted on my doctors advice!

Awesome
We have hardwood floor through out our house. Standing all day can really make your feet and knees sore. I purchased these performance thins to go in the light runners I wear in the house. They are a game changer! I would highly recommend these insoles.

Better than new shoes!
It's fun to have new shoes, but to have these Thin SOLEs makes my favorite shoes feel new. I can walk all day in shoes that used to be for only short times.

my opinion
Nice, very nice. Use them regularly. Much more comfortable than the hard plastic ones. I really like the thinness since others can be quite thick. Does not make the boots too small.

Saved my ski touring trip!
While training for a ski touring trip I developed a freak case of what I believe was metatarsalgia- literally 2 weekends before my trip- which caused me such pain while skinning up hill I thought I might have to cancel the trip to the Tetons. I happened upon these insoles at REI 3 days before flying out. I molded them at home, skied on piste for a day then toured for 2 days with about 6k feet of climbing and zero pain! I even did a tour at home today. Feet are in great shape! I have low volume/ high arch and narrow feet.

Great for women's shoes!
I was pleasantly surprised at how well the cork footbeds molded. Compared to the Active Thin, the Performance Thin molded very quickly, within 1 day of wearing them. I actually put them in a pair of heeled booties and I love having the arch support! These are a great fit for women because of the tighter-fitting nature of many women's shoes. Classic SOLE shape and support with improved moldability -- and the recycled cork aspect is a nice bonus! :)

Met pad support
SOLE now offers footbeds with a built-in metatarsal pad. This is an added element of forefoot support that sits under the transverse arch, the arch behind the ball of the foot that runs across the width of the foot. It lifts and separates toes, putting them back into their natural resting position, to relieve pressure and pain in the area that can be caused by issues such as Morton's neuroma and metatarsalgia. This added support also increases circulation and reduces discomfort caused by ill-fitting footwear.
